• Refreshments in the form of water/cold drinks/juices will be provided. As it is a full-day tour.


• Child ticket from age 3 to 8. Entry for below 3 years is free.


• Private car safari tour with professional local English-speaking guides available at the best price for a minimum of 4 people.


• For women, a black abaya will be provided by the company for mosque visits


• Sheikh Zayed mosque visit is 40-60 minutes but for other places a maximum of 20 minutes.


• The Ferrari world visit is 30 minutes, you can do your visit to see the cars at the Ferrari store


• We do accept cash, or you can book online or over a phone or WhatsApp and can pay on tour day to our guide


• If you are 5 to 7 persons in a group and want to decide your timing for the tour, we can do pick up at your desired time


• There will be a lunch break at Marina Mall and Heritage Village during the tour. Lunch will be at your own expense. There is a food court and over 20 restaurants to suit any budget


• All our vehicles are fully insured to include passengers in the unlikely event of an accident

• Pick-up and drop-off will be provided upon confirmation of the booking, typically depending on the date of the tour or activity timing may vary.

• On weekends or occasions, some places covered in tour might remain closed to visitors. The company will not hold any responsibility and no compensations will be made in case of such situations.


• Seating Arrangements are first come basis, you may advise us in advance for any particular seats in any vehicle.


• If a guest fails to show up for any tour or activity, we will not provide an alternative transportation method and no refund will be issued for any no-show.


• We reserve the right to charge 100% for any guest who does not show up upon pick-up timing.


• In case of bad weather or vehicle issues. We will arrange different methods of providing service


• We reserve the right to reschedule any itinerary or cancel any activity at any time, due to customer safety and providing quality service.


• 5% VAT will be levied on all bookings as per new UAE law.
